Building the car while driving it
I’m thrilled to present at the Museums and the Web conference in April with my collaborator and colleague Marty Spellerberg. Together we discuss our experience using Agile development methodologies for digital museum projects.
Marty and I have worked together since 2012 when I managed digital media at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. We’ve worked on many projects together, spanning years and institutions. The presentation at MW is based on how we’ve used agile development methodologies to tailor our project management approach to mitigate risk and respond to changing project scopes.
